Big News: New Token To Be Released Soon, LEAF Updates
We’ve been making some big moves behind the scenes; a new token is being developed, some updates for the NFT game were announced, and some new incentives for our top loyal LEAF hodlers!
The LegalLEAF Ecosystem
As a way to bolster the efficacy of our mission, as well as to help increase the relevance of LEAF, we have decided to introduce some auxiliary projects. First, we will be releasing the new token, NEKTR, soon. NEKTR is NOT the same as LEAF — they feature different contracts and will be used for reasons other than LEAF will be. BOTH these tokens are separate investments and should be held, it isn’t meant to be a case of choosing one token over the other. While we continue to support the operations we’ve began with LEAF, we will be able to utilize NEKTR for supplemental efforts, such as development of the NFT game.
Aside from the universal love of Cannabis, our NFT game will be what really ties the two tokens together, the game rewards holders of each token, and playing will allow you to collect NFTs, with real value. On the topic of NFTs, we’ve decided on a strategy for the NFT art program. We will allocate 30% of every sale to cannabis charity and 15% will go to pumping LEAF and buying dips. Not only will the game reward holders, we here at LegalLEAF want to give something to our top 20 LEAF holders. We will give scholarships annually for a Green Flower Cannabis Advocacy Certificate — a certification normally valued at $197, which teaches you about the history of Cannabis Advocacy and was created by NORML, in partnership with Green Flower.
Introducing: NEKTR
We are launching this token mid-November, and it will be based on a different contract than LEAF. There will be a supply of 500 billion minted, and holders will now be paid with BNB rewards over refractions — this also means that NEKTR will not feature fees for transfers, only buying and selling. NEKTR will be used to supplement our existing LEAF ecosystem — it is not meant to replace LEAF.

NFT Game: Legendary LEAF
This game will be accessible for both NEKTR and LEAF holders; with development beginning November 1st. You basically care for plants, and you can earn rewards!
LEAF — $1.10 a day
NEKTR — $1.00 a day (because there’s no fees from game use)
As part of the cannabis growing process, players will be able to mint harvested bud into ammo or unique edible characters NFTs with actual value. These can be used to sell, trade, or keep for V2 — a tower defense game. The top 100 holders for NEKTR and LEAF will get add on items and NFTs for the game every 6 months (growing accessories, plant yield boosts, etc.).
Alpha testing should be ready about 60 business days after development starts on November 1, 2021.
